Supervision on Project phase-wise

We give total project management services. Our technical person will supervise all theparameter related to the project. Starting fromconstruction we see all the things should be smoothlygoing on. Our Engineer will prepare Bills of Quantity forpurchase of goods required for Building and otherservices. He will also see the quantity used in thebuilding and after that only he will pass the bill. Even wekeep watch on incoming material so that the projectruns easily. We watch all the engineering things done atproper time so that the project will accomplish in time.

We watch the work is going on as per our time chart. We also check often design parameterwith actual implementation. If anything found wrong we take care of it.In short, we watch the whole things for getting quality work and the project should finish intime.

We coordinate with all other Contractors, like Civil Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Plumbing & Drainage Contractor, HVAC Contractor, Painting Contractor, fire Contractor etc.
